The mace is challenging to control and learn, but the Considerable benefits outweigh the difficulties it may cause. The handle is knurled in two places, offering a stable grip during use. The product arrived promptly with customers happy with the purchase and its quality. However, there are no exercise charts included, but YouTube has many informative channels concerning the product. Customers can use the mace as a sledgehammer with tyre slams, but it is much better than a regular sledgehammer as it will not slip, thanks to the excellent knurling. The POWER GUIDANCE Steel Mace is an excellent choice for individuals who want to improve their flexibility and mobility. It is a quality, well-built product which is sturdy and long-lasting.
