How to use does not tell how to make up

I use two teaspoons of powder per egg white + two tablespoons of water. It is a bit fiddly to mix initially so I soak it for a few minutes. Hope this helps. Also use it for making fat free sponge quite successfully - 4 tsp egg white powder, 4 tbs water beaten with 3 oz sugar until stiff, add 3 oz flour and bake in medium oven.

It's not free range but it is from non genetically modified chicken kept in pens that give double the amount of space than normal chickens are given. You can turn it back into liquid egg white by using two level teaspoons of egg white powder plus two tablespoons of slightly warm water will make one egg white.
