Nordic Ware Natural Aluminum Commercial Petite Muffin Pan, 24 Cup

The Nordic Ware Natural Aluminum Commercial Petite Muffin Pan offers a unique approach to baking that appeals to many home bakers seeking versatility and quality. Notably designed for creating larger mini cupcakes or muffins, this pan provides an innovative size option that sits comfortably between traditional mini and standard cupcake pans. Reviewers have praised its sturdy Construction—an expected trait from Nordic Ware—indicating that it withstands high heat and retains its integrity through repeated use. The cooking performance of this pan is frequently highlighted, with users noting that it cooks evenly and produces delightful baked goods. One user found that a whole cake mix yields three dozen "two-bite" cupcakes, a significant improvement over standard pans. However, it should be noted that while this pan suits muffin-making perfectly, some caution that traditional cupcake liners may not fit well, potentially causing inconvenience for those preferring to use liners. Cleaning this pan is generally easy, although numerous reviews recommend hand washing to prevent discoloration and to maintain its sleek appearance. Reviewers also mention that while the shiny finish is appealing, it may initially inhibit browning of the crusts but is expected to improve with use. Overall, the Nordic Ware muffin pan stands out for its quality Construction and the ability to create delightful baked treats, making it suitable for both cupcakes and muffins, although buyers should be aware of its unique characteristics in size and usage. **
