Stamina All Exercise Bikes Editorial Review
Stamina InStride Folding Cycle is an exceptional indoor exercise bike designed for versatile workouts at home. This lightweight bike, weighing only 6.2 lb, accommodates users up to 500 lb and features a friction resistance method that allows for adjustable intensity during your workout. With features like adjustable foot straps and textured pedals, it ensures a safe and effective pedaling experience. Many users have praised its ability to aid in rehabilitation and strength recovery, particularly for lower body workouts. However, it is advised to use a mat underneath the unit as it can slip on smooth surfaces, which some users have found to be a minor drawback.
