Horror Editorial Review
Mandy is a strange and trippy film, with a simple premise elevated by its cinematography and subtexts. It is recommended to watch this film in a dark room to fully immerse yourself in its atmosphere. While some reviewers found it odd and unappealing, others praised it as a masterpiece with brilliant use of lighting, characters, and story. The film combines creepy imagery, darkness, and comedy, creating a unique and unsettling experience. However, it may not be suitable for those who are sensitive to gratuitous gore and uncomfortable themes. Overall, Mandy is a weird and psychedelic movie that delivers on its promise of revenge and leaves a lasting impression.
