Many customers found the shredded memory foam to be soft yet supportive, and the side compartments useful for holding a phone, remote, or even a bottle of water. Some customers did have issues with the pillow not standing up like in the pictures, and others found it a bit heavy to move around. Additionally, some customers found the included roll-out mat unnecessary or confusing.
