Regency Stacking Chairs 4700BE Editorial Review
The Regency M' Stack Chairs have received a mixed reception from customers, primarily highlighting issues related to durability and customer service. Users have reported significant problems with the quality of the chairs, with several instances of chairs breaking easily under regular use, particularly in environments where users are less careful in their seating habits. Many reviews indicate that the front of the chairs lack proper support, leading to discomfort and frequent damage. On the other hand, some customers have found these chairs suitable for their needs, praising their stackability and storage convenience. They have described the chairs as effective for break rooms or casual settings, where high durability is less critical. However, the contrasting experiences leave potential buyers wary, especially concerning the chairs' longevity and the responsiveness of manufacturing support in case of problems. In summary, while the Regency M' Stack Chairs may work well in some casual settings, their overall durability and quality have drawn significant criticism, and customer service experiences have exacerbated these concerns. **
