Roosebeck Bodhrans & Frame Drums SG_B01DWC3JTQ_US Editorial Review
The 16" Red Cedar Bodhran Drum received mixed feedback in the Q&A section. Some users confirmed that the drum can be played with fingers, while others found the included tipper to be rough but functional. There was also confusion about whether the drum can be played like a Bendir or a Tar due to its tunable nature and rim profile. Potential customers were advised to look for a more suitable drum for those styles. The drum features a goat skin head that can be replaced by a professional and is affected by humidity. Reviewing the collected information, it's clear that potential buyers should Consider the weight of the drum due to its tunable model, and the profile of the rim before purchasing. Additionally, the sensitivity to humidity should be taken into account, especially for those living in low humidity areas. Overall, the Red Cedar Bodhran Drum appears to have garnered mixed reviews due to its specific features and playing limitations.
