Respuesta: Good all around bit, however, what is good for a horse with a normal palate may not be for a horse with a low palate or one that has an injury to the mouth or tongue (own two horses with either very low palate or injury to tongue) as with all broken mouth bits, causes a 'nutcracker' force, this bit is definitely better than a leverage bit with a broken mouth combo like the Tom Thumb...horse cannot get relief from pressure. Have your veterinarian examine your horse's mouth and make a knowledgeable choice.
