Upon unboxing the product, I was initially hesitant about its reliability due to the amount of plastic used. However, after a week of use, I am incredibly satisfied with this clock. It has proven to keep perfect time and I am so pleased with it that I plan on purchasing a second one for my bedroom. The packaging was excellent, and the item arrived in great condition. Although there have been some reports of numbers falling off, I personally did not experience this issue. The packaging even included a guide in case any numbers did come loose during transport. I would not hesitate to purchase this clock again, and I may even Consider giving it as a gift to others. The clock has proven to keep excellent time, even matching the pace of an atomic clock over a 48-hour period. Setting the time is simple; just turn a knob on the right side of the clock clockwise. The provided directions suggest setting the clock one minute earlier than the exact time. One standout feature of this clock is that it does not have a sound for seconds, which some may find annoying. This makes it perfect for placement in an office or bedroom, as it serves as a pleasant and decorative timepiece without any distracting noise. Additionally, the customer service provided for this product has been excellent. Overall, the quality and reliability of this clock have impressed me. It not only serves its purpose as a timekeeping device but also adds a nice decorative touch to any space.
