Joshs Frogs Peperomia prostrata - String of Turtles

The customer experience with Josh's Frogs Peperomia Prostrata, commonly known as the "String of Turtles," is notably mixed, reflecting a blend of excitement and disappointment among buyers. Many customers emphasize their enthusiasm for the plant, indicating that it is highly sought after and adored for its unique appearance. However, a significant number of reviewers highlight issues with the condition in which the plants arrive, with several customers receiving their items in poor shape, resulting in a frustrating unboxing experience. Those who received healthy specimens often expressed satisfaction, recounting how the plants thrived once properly cared for, particularly appreciating the opportunities for propagation. Conversely, there are several reports where customers felt the size and health of the plants did not meet expectations, especially when comparing the delivered size to what was shown in promotional images. This discrepancy was especially disappointing for buyers who anticipated larger specimens. Some reviews pointed out that despite initial problems, a little patience and proper care could lead to flourishing plants. This suggests that while the quality of the product can vary significantly, those with a green thumb might find joy in nurturing their String of Turtles into magnificent specimens over time. It's important to note that certain issues, such as the handling during transit, often fell outside the control of the seller, with some reviews advising future buyers to take extra precautions or seek care tips online. Overall, potential buyers are encouraged to weigh these experiences carefully, particularly regarding the condition of the plants upon arrival and realistic expectations of size. **
